the vcd nightmare!

the vcd is FINALLY finished! after so many problems... after going there EVERYDAY this week to make sure they actually do their job... it's FINALLY done! really dun understand how they can be so irresponsible.. spell also spell wrong.. burn also burn wrong.. didn even ask them edit also kepo kepo go kacau here kacau there.. tell me tat night can take but tat night baru start burning... in the end the 2nd disk of the 1st batch was pretty useless cuz the audio was wrong.. so had to remake the whole batch..

monday(15th)-the vcd guy wasn't working tat day, so i told the boss wat was wrong and asked him to change it. he said i could go back the next day to see the edited version.
tuesday(16th)-after i arrived there at 11am+, i went to find the guy.. but the staff said tat he only went to work at 1pm!! so the vcd still hadn't been touched yet. the other girl in charge of designs said she would give it a try n burn from the original disks which i had already edited and gave them since the very beginning. (this is wat they should've done in the 1st place!!! not kepo kepo touch here touch there!) then i went again at 5 sth.. when i arrived there the vcd guy asked me wat needed to be changed.. apparently, either no one told him wat was wrong or he just didn do his job n pretended he didn noe. (strongly suspect the 2nd one cuz he's lied to me a few times before!)
wednesday(17th)-went to check up on them again. the vcd guy wasn't working again! (wat kind of employee is this??!!) checked the "supposedly" finished vcd but the audio was still wrong! the 1st cd was a little better but the audio n the image were not really in time with each other.. i told the staff again to PLS edit the wrong part n tat i would be back the next day to chec k on them.
thursday(18th)- i went to the shop at 5 sth.. (i learned my lesson! the guy usually starts work at 1pm) the vcd STILL hadn been changed! before tat a crazy lady from a different branch had called me to say tat one of the vcd's was finished. i wasn't at home tat time so she said she could send it to my office. i told her i didn work. she still said to send it to my office. i told her i just graduated n dun have an office. then she started scolding me bout how she was supposed to know and tat i shouldn't talk to her like tat blah blah blah! then she just hanged up the phone without finishing the conversation! i was so annoyed tat i called her up again and asked who she was. (tat time i didn know tat she was from different branch) she said she was from **** ***** centre. i asked from which branch (cuz i had a feeling she was not from the same branch tat i went to) she asked me which branch i went to and i said **** ***. then she said "tat branch la!" i asked for the boss but she told me the boss wasn't there. he had gone out. (yeah right!) then i went on to asking her bout the vcds but she had hung up the phone again! RUDE! how can you treat your customers like tat??!! their the ones giving money so tat you have a salary!! seriously dun noe how to do business ar tat person! then i called the boss at the **** *** branch and guess wat?? he was there. (everyone working for tat company lies to their customers!) the crazy lady turned out to be someone working at the branch in the building behind Sarawak Plaza. (go figure) anyway, fast forward to 5pm. tat's when i found out tat the vcd STILL hadn been changed. i was REALLY pissed of then. i had been very very nice about it the whole week. talking to them patiently, smiling, saying please n thankyou. (to everyone who noes me, you noe tat is not how i act when sme doesn't do their freaking job! so for me tat was very very good already!) i wanted to scold them already but then stopped. wat was the point?? i scolded them b4 when they couldn't meet the deadline for the 1st batch but tat didn change anything! they're still as USELESS and irresponsible as b4! i sat down beside them exasperated n asked them to change every wrong thing right then and there. i spent bout one hour plus beside them and making sure they were doing everything right. then round 6.30 i left, having them promise me everything would be changed the next day.
friday(19th)-went at 12 sth and surprise surprise! the vcd guy was actually there. watched abit of the vcd and made sure the mistakes were changed. FINALLY! told them they could start mass producing. then tat night, i got the corrected vcd along wif additional ones. the additional ones were in cd casing but the corrected ones were given separately. as in disk A in one box, disk B in another box, the cd front paper thing in one plastic bag n the back paper thing in another plastic bag.. -_-" make me marhuan nia ar.. sien! but wat can be expected from the such a company??!! so i just took everything and left, hoping to never go back again!

moral of the story: don't go to that company!!! you'll regret it!!!!!!!!!!
